Step 1: Create your coupon code in Movatic Admin

Step 2: Redeem the code in your own Movatic Mobile App to verify that it works

Step 3: Create a digital coupon for your code so that you can share it on social media & in email newsletters and announcements

Good to Know:

Codes may be no more than 10 characters long

Only one code may be entered into a rider's Movatic app at a time. That is, even if you create multiple codes for different promotions, if the rider has already plugged in a promo code to their phone and has not yet used, it that code will either need to be cancelled or redeemed by the rider before they can plug in a new code.

When creating promo codes before launching your bike share program, know that these codes will not be able to be redeemed in the app until the billing information is also set up (financial institution information + Stripe account verification).

We are happy to create a promo code coupon template for each of our Tandem Mobility programs. Simply send an email to your Account Manager, include your favorite photo, and we will plug it into this coupon template for your use.
