The Movatic user app is built with no-nonsense reliability in mind. While its robust platform can support multiple hardware types in the same app for user convenience (think pedal bikes, e-bikes, bike lockers, rentable kayaks, etc), it presents as strikingly minimalistic for a straightforward user experience. Anyone with a Movatic profile can enjoy convenient access to myriad shared mobility programs across the globe.
Rental instructions are simple. Initially a rider must download the app, create a Movatic profile (credit card and phone number required), and accept the terms and conditions. Thereafter, simply scan a vehicle’s QR code to unlock and start a trip (rentals may also be initiated by typing in a vehicle number into the app). Riders may lock the bike at any bike rack to make quick mid-ride stops while their rental continues. Once the rental is to be ended, the bike must be parked at an approved parking zone (identified on a map within the app and reinforced by GPS geofencing in our e-mobility vehicles).
